Is there anywhere to buy the beginning Wild Card novels? It seems to me they are out of print... Amazon only has them from "Other Sellers" for like 85 bucks a pop...

Yep, that's a problem. These books have been around since the 80's. Hard to keep titles like that in print, especially when there are so many of them.
I had a slight advantage in this area. George sent me the first book, and then sent pdfs of another seven or so. But those aren't the type of things I'm at leisure to send out into the world.
I do believe that there's going to be a reissue of the first book soon, with several new stories added. That will be very cool. I especially liked the first book, and I think the new editions will be great.
I don't have any more information on this at the moment, but when I do I'll be sure to post about it.
I've been collecting them for a while - I got lucky and someone gave me most of the first set. I have an extra Book 9 if anyone wants it - just pay the shipping cost and it's yours.
Very generous of you, P. It might be a long shot that someone needs book nine, but you never know...
Well, I need book 5, so it's possible someone is just missing a book or two from their collection. But yes, it's a long shot that the one they need would be 9. ;) But I like to play the odds.
