Georgia Center for the Book

That's where I'll be tonight. I'm down in Georgia at the moment for a busy week of events. One of those that's open to the public is tonight's reading. Info about it HERE.

What? No penguins flying around this year? I heard about a new breed of crocodiles that climb trees in order to get at bird eggs. Can't find the link though. You might enjoy it. :)

Nope. No penguins. I wish I could have done an April fools joke. I was just too busy with this Georgia trip to get around to it. Oh well, next year...

Nice idea, that. I certainly mentioned the old Chattooga River a few times last week. Alas, I was being shuffled from classroom to event to classroom at a rather frantic pace. Kinda scary, and tiring. Not much adrenalin, though...
